I love American style pancakes with traditional maple syrup. Crepes are ok for something different now and them, but nothing beats the North American version.

Pancakes hot off the griddle and drowned in pure-Vermont maple syrup for breakfast is the best way to start off an otherwise cold winter day outside.

Pancakes on Sunday; preferably blueberry with real maple syrup and some bacon on the side. This is worth getting up for.
