I think this happens more to the older girls that dress like Hooters employees.

Yes it was too chilly then, especially in Illinois. My dad used to get really mad when he either seen kids that were too big trick or treating, and also the big kids who ran around messing people's yards up, so he would sit on the roof of our house and keep watch, if he seen someone he didn't like, they'd get sprayed lol.

Where I grew up it was a little too chilly on October 31st to enjoy getting sprayed by a hose. Do people actually do this to kids? This seems pretty wrong to me, unless maybe they were defacing your property or wearing a really bad costume.
