I don't know if it's better to have him in the Senate, where he can be constantly watched for his habit of rigging healthcare bills so that he and his pocket-lining healthcare CEOs hugely benefit...or sending him back to the poor folks of Tennessee, where he can do what he will pretty much unchecked. Hey, whatever happened to that investigation into his $2M kickbacks from the healthcare industry? Do we drop/forget these things just 'cause a person's no longer in Congress?

An other right-wing clown. Doesn't have any ethics.

He wants to run for President so he is starting to hedge some of this beliefs. We shall see how far he gets on that.

Ok, I don't like most of his ethics and moralizing, but he did stand up to the GOP at least once when he disagreed (or when he knew the tide was against them)

Leader Frist is a man of conscience and character that is committed to public service. He has proven to be a good majority leader, navigating the boisterous tides of the Senate. Before becoming leader, he orchestrated the GOP's regaining of power in the Senate after the Jim Jeffords switch threw the majority to the Democrats. Senator Frist is regarded by most to be in the top tier of candidates for president in 2008.
