I was quite happy with the buffet at the Bellagio, which I expected to be great as it was in the Bellagio. I wasn't completely blown away though as it's hard to really be that over the top with buffet food. The sushi was pretty good, and the ribs were great. Outside of that I would say the bread pudding was pretty awesome and I love bread pudding. Also the salad bar was really impressive. Plan on spending about $25 for lunch and $35 for dinner, I would take a trip over here.

Where else in America can you get Boar, Steurgeon, and Smoked Salmon on a buffet? Las Vegas, baby.
