Combined Rating / Registration Form 4

Not really relevant for established RIA users, but an important feature just the same. Over the years, a lot of people have complained about what a pain registration is on RIA... that they leave a review not knowing that they have to register, hit submit, get taken to the registration page, and lose their comment. This should solve that.
