Terribly inconvenient for most users and rather impractical. I hate repeating information or an opinion so I often refer to other posts but with this new feature I have to open up two windows if I want to avoid becoming redundant. In this cases, such as this one, I see that might not always be a bad thing...

Don't really care either way, but the majority clearly leans towards the boo! side of things. With Netscape 8.0, popups automatically are opened up in a new tab, anyway, so it didn't make a difference to me either way.

I hate that they've eliminated the pop up window. It's now a pain in the neck to reference a post or respond in a cohesive manner without using the back option. Bring back the pop up window!

I guess its necessary for those with pop-up blockers, but it makes it a lot harder to vote on everyone, especially when they get bumped to Page 2 after your vote.

It seems slower to me to leave a rating - both in terms of the time it takes for your rating to stick after you hit submit, AND the fact that you have to go back to where you were to leave your next rating. It seems to make rating lots of stuff take longer. But, the bigger screen does make it easier to edit your comment... and I guess, those with pop-up blocker issues will no longer be excluded.
