This is a joke entry, right?

No way the Knicks win an NBA Title next season. Coach Brown is good, but he's not that good. Larry Brown still has a mess of a team to deal with. Stephon Marbury is your best player? Ugh...the guy never wins anything significant and needs to refine his game. He could be another headache like Iverson was when Brown had him in Phila. After that the Knicks dont have nearly enough. Half the roster will be young - Trevor Ariza anyone? and the other half are so-so NBA players. Brown will get the Knicks to play defense and they may even score a bit. Knick fans should be happy if they go to the Playoffs in the weak Eastern Conference. That would make for a reason to hope for the future before Brown leaves again.

I believe we can win the title in 2006. Larry Brown is the new Knicks coach and it's a dream to have him on our side for a change. Coach Brown is a winner and he will install an organized system where defense is the biggest factor. I'm excited for Knicks basketball because we have spent half a decade on a huge malaise. Brown wins wherever he goes and I expect the Knicks to contend for that elusive championship. The only question remains is will the Knick players respond under Coach Brown's regime? We'll wait and see.
