Drydocked in Greenwich, the Cutty Sark was built in 1869 and is considered one of the last surviving classic clippers. In her history, the Cutty Sark had also been named the “Ferriera”, “Camisola Pequenina” and “Maria do Amparo” by its many owners. The clipper’s résumé includes trading tea and wool during its seafaring days. The vessel is now a tourist attraction and a noted landmark of the London Marathon.
