Tastes alright, but these basic sauces all seem to taste smiler to me.

Decent tasty hot sauce. Not very challenging, and not very hot, but useful in a number of dishes.

I really enjoy Louisiana hot sauce, and especially on scrambled eggs.

This is the Standard in Louisiana and Texas. It adds flavor and sublety, not just blinding heat.

An old standby-readily available and inexpensive. It's hot enough for most people-but not very hot if you're a true connisseur of tortured tastebuds. It is a simple formula, without a lot of exotic ingredients, and it has vinegar in it which gives it a nice tang.

Very tasty sauce. It's hot, but not challenging hot. The best thng to happen to chicken wings since the deep fryer.

This is my favorite hot sauce. I don't know why, it just has a better flavor to me, not just pure heat. I use this on my wings... yummmmmy stuff.

Has great reason to call itself the Perfect Hot Sauce, because it goes good on anything. It has a good balance of heat and isn't just watery run-of-the-mill hotsauce, it is actually thick and is flavored by real cayenne peppers. If there is one complaint I could have about the stuff it would be that it is hard to pour out due to the somewhat solid blockage surrounding the inside of the neck, however I think that it is pepper solids around the neck that actually give more flavor as you are pouring, so it's all good. It is as it is, the perfect hotsauce. I reccommend pouring it over popcorn, weird but good.
