Great place to chill out with friends. This place was around during the prohibition era. They have a "house cappuccino " that you could order during prohibition and they would slip some brandy in it for you. Now you can still get the cappuccino but you don't have to wink at the bar tender.

Tosca is a very, very cool place to have a drink. It feels like it's been there forever - huge oil paintings on the wall, big padded booths, brightly lit with low music. It's a great place to sit and have a drink (second best irish coffee in the city), and just chill. Apparently there are private back rooms, but I've never seen them myself.
