Old model company that has been around for a long time and has stood the test of time. They are back with a vengeance now and are releasing new kits, two of which are unique to the model world; WWII 1/72 Japanese Submarines which are suitable for conversion to R/C and should be nice companion pieces to the Revell Gato and Type VII-C. While no longer state of the art in that their kits have dated over the years and the details of most of their kits are mediocre, they have a very wide variety of kits available and I am particularly fond of their ship kit range. Everything from sailing ships, to military to commercial vessels are represented. For uniqueness, Lindberg cannot be beat.
