This product has many problems. I recommend SpamBully instead.

Cloudmark Desktop Spam Filter for Outlook (Powered by SpamNet) 5

Outstanding and reliable product. Eliminated virtually all of our spam and phishing e-mail. Easy to use, and did not eliminate e-mail from trusted sources. I highly recommend this product.
