 | Underspin (24) 01/03/2006 | Here's a stat Monsieur Rangel may wish to consider next time he so irresponsibly shoots off at the mouth: There are more poor and working-class "white" people in the U.S. than there are any other racial category. Whether tax cuts help or hurt any population segment is certainly a topic worth debating, provided honest, intelligent discourse is displayed on both sides. Unfortunately for Congressman Rangel's constituents, he has failed on both accounts.

 | marian jackson (0) 09/28/2005 | racism is a form of gencide, nobody wants to talk about it.they have it on the media for a while and then inch it off.what congressman said on o'reilly is correct. the problem with talking to differ races is they are not black, could not possible understand.just like the job in new orlean now where they are bring in aliens to do the work genicide. of course there is gencide in everthing in america.it is not what world knew now they do. they see it not freedom it is imperialism, capitalism, and the establishment.they talk about what the government does for the black or poor, but what they forget most the money goes to making jobs not the people.

 | SZinHonshu (44) 08/01/2005 | Common liberal sentiment. Racism, in the mind of a liberal, is one of the most significant problems facing America. No one could possibly want to cut taxes because it's good for the economy and results in job growth. It's either because of racism or that conservatives don't care about health, housing, etc.
