Hardly. Actually, he's one of the most intelligent people in public life, while the drooler currently dozing in the Oval Office has well established that he's an intellectual turd. Kerry's shown his intelligence in the debates where he displayed outstanding verbal skills, painted Bush into corners, used comments and positions of the conservative side (including George Will and the President's father) to undermine his opponent (that's good debating!), was quick off the ball and supported his points well with examples, facts and figures. He displayed deep and broad knowledge of each issue brought up. He spoke with authority, clarity and incisiveness. These are not the hallmarks of a mental midget.
