 | CanadaSucks (45) 04/19/2005 | . . .you mean the guy that actually went to war? You mean the guy that actually went to DC to tell the American public that the war was a load of sh#t? You mean the guy that actually talks about real issues within the Catholic Church? (A church suffering from documented declining attendance.) C'mon, people, your liar has already won the election- clearly false wars are more important to us than electing those that present real challenges and issues to our culture. Call Kerry a loser, call him the son of Frankenstien, but claiming he has no backbone while your guy ran and hid like a little bitch during Vietnam is simply wrong. Kerry has forgotten more about courage than Bush will ever remember.

 | cutegurl (15) 04/19/2005 | You have more flip-flops than a house of pancakes. I love JibJab!! Kerry is a party yes man who changed his view on almost every important issue at least once. But suprisingly, every time a debate came up, he suddenly had an opinion. Wow, amazing. He doesn't stand up for what he believes in, whatever that is I never could find out, and that, in my book, equals spineless jellyfish.

 | CastleBee (81) 10/25/2004 | I don't doubt he has a certain amount of this. But what he might lack he makes up for in nerve. For instance, he has the audacity to lie out right verbally and in print and still expect to be elected. If I were him I wouldn't get too thrilled with myself considering most of his supporters would vote for an fence post, ex con, or mental patient before they would cast their ballot for Bush. Or, did I misunderstand the naiveté of the phrase, Anyone but Bush? Oh, yeah, and if Bush was avoiding the war then what was Clinton doing? That didnt seem to bother some of the same people who love trashing Bush for actually serving in the military.

 | abichara (60) 09/09/2004 | It's rather easy to say that Kerry lacks absolutely any backbone, but I don't necessarily think that's his affliction. Rather he is being extremely cautious; at this point he's taking positions according to the wind with the belief that people aren't taking notes. However I never buy into that kind of strategy; especially in this political climate, people are paying attention and what they see is a candidate who takes different positions everyday on the Iraq war and a host of other hot button issues. One day he says that he would have still authorized the war in hindsight, the next day he makes appeals to the anti-war contingent. I understand that he's trying to appeal to as many people as possible, but there comes a point when people start judging your actions as unprincipled and expedient. War and peace is not an issue that one should be rather ambivalent on. That's what is beginning to concern me about Kerry. He's a fairly intelligent man, but he might just have the wrong priorities in mind when making important decisions.

 | sfalconer (21) 08/18/2004 | Its nice to see that Kerry listens to the President but unfortunatly he can't make a rational argument. I can believe any one would be against troop reductions in europe and over seas. He must be still on the boat in Nam waiting for Jane to come by and tell him how great he is. The world is a much smaller place and if things keep going the way they are we are going to need to be able to move forces rapidly. So consolidating forces here at home is a very good idea. Bases are closing all over the country why shouldn't foreign counties also see some bases close.

 | jgls (12) 07/29/2004 | i think that his views concerning the war on terrorism are delusional, especially his false belief that our allies would be more supportive if we reached out to them. that being said, when the time came to serve his country in vietnam, he answered the call. i disagree with him on a number of issues, i think he is one of the most wooden and boring candidates in recent memory, but i do not question his patriotism or love for his country.
