I think Bottom of the Hill is pretty good! They usually have pretty good music and bars with outdoor patios seem hidden in San Francisco. It's one thing I constantly miss here! Yes, it does get packed but isn't that a sign that the place is good ;)

A decent place to see a show. Most of the times I've been here, it's been uncomfortably hot and packed. They seem to let in about 50 people too many on busy nights. I like the outdoor patio and the pool table, but I'll take Cafe du Nord over this place any day.
