I love Cocomo! Whether it's ona Thursday or Saturday for salsa dancing or a random holiday weekend Sunday party with the crews of Stompy and Sunset playing house and techno! The outdoor patio ncluding food is great if you day drinking and get hungry early on. Sometimes getting a drink can be a pain when it's crowded but they have a few bars and a bar upstairs to help with this. And there's another set of bathrooms upstairs which help so the ones downstairs don't get tooooo crowded.

Come here if you have a deathwish! The so called security lets in meager 2 or 3 people in 15 minutes. turns away a whole bunch more than that in the same amount of time. there have been so many fights, stabbings, shootings, you name it . the crowd is cool until there's a fight then there's no room to dance.. I mean if you want to be seen, this is the place to go.Do so at your own peril.Oh and calling it the hottest salsa club ever is quite a stretch!

I have never been to a club that is this disorganized! Security needs to do their job! 5 people are let in every 20 minutes...treats patrons like trash. Do not go here

Cafe Cocomo is the largest and hotest salsa club in SF. Thursday night is the best for serious salsa dancers & Saturaday is great for socializing!
