Im not into Star Trek, but this can be a great way to meet someone if you are a fan. After watching the Trekkies movies, i found out that fans dont feel the odd one out at a convention. It is a place where they can release because their is other people at the convention that share the same interest. There is so much debate on what a Trekkie or Trekker is. I think a Trekkie is a harmless enthusiast who dresses normally. The Trekker is the person that follows or acts out like characters in the series. They may dress like the characters in their everyday lives, speak the Klingon language, or call themselves commander. Im not a fan, but i always look forward to seeing William Shatner on TV.

A 1 for me, but if you're into Star Trek, I guess this would be a good idea. At least you'll have something in common, I suppose. I think I'll pass on this one, though.
