Barri Gòtic 5

It's a little touristy, but still, incredibly cool.  If you break north off of La Rambla, you'll find yourself in this ancient, Gothic neighborhood with winding alleys and pedestrian only streets.  This is Barri Gotic / Barrio Gotico.  Round a corner and you'll see an 800 year old church sitting over a big plaza and people sitting outside drinking beers and eating tapas.  One of my favorite parts of Barcelona was just wandering around the maze of Barrio Gotico, sitting in a plaza and drinking a beer when I got tired, and then wandering around again.
