Do you consider Star Trek Military? That's a question I remember debating on another website. This show certainly dealt with military issues and id it rather well. Repurcussions of the Cardassian Occupation, the debate over supporting the Federation rebels Maquis, the Cold War and eventual war with the Dominion. Good stuff went on here with a show that gradually got better after every season.
