The Panthers almost won themselves a Super Bowl two years ago, and could put themselves in position to do so again. Last year they lost Steve Smith to injury, and this year Muhsin Muhammad has moved on to Chicago, so their WR's have not been as good as they were in 2003. However, their backfield is just as strong with Jake Delhome, Stephen Davis, Deshaun Foster, and the addition of Eric Shelton. If their defense continues to shut people down, the Panthers should be back in the playoffs this year with a chance to get to the Super Bowl.

its very possible because all there injured players are back. 2004 may have looked bad because the panthers were infected with injuries. i mean this team might be able to do it, if they can stop killing themselves with injuries and get over all-pro musin leaving.
