As I have stated in earlier reviews, I am an Alice fan and love his entire body of work. On this release, Alice went back to his garage sound of the early 70's (a lot of fans swear by early Alice). While I like his early records, I think I am an even bigger fan of everything from Hey Stoopid onward. This album, while a favorite among older Alice fans, really to me is a somewhat boring album. Alice's growl seems to be missing here. There are some good, catchy songs. Alice always has stuff I like, but this album seems like Alice lite. Alice's next album, Along Came A Spider, due late July of 2008 is much more modern and heavier from what I hear. I personally prefer that style. This album will work for fans that can't get past the early to mid 70's period of Alice, but for those of us that like the more guitar oriented heavier stuff, Brutal Planet or Dragontown is a better choice.

Alice's best disc since the 70's, his sense of humour hasn't run this free in a long time. Stand out tracks include Woman of Mass Distraction, Six Hours, Zombie Dance and the Alice goes coutry treat The Ballad of Jessie Jane about a cross-dressing cross country truck driver.

Awsome Album! Great Lyrics, great vocals, kinky style. Totaly a mesh of orginal modern music and his sound from back in the day. My favorite song, "Jesse Jane". Alice is sick as ever and without even trying too hard. And what a great new show! Death to Paris! Long Live The Coop!

A very diversified and powerful album by rock legend Alice Cooper. This album contains great guitar work and sounds like it comes from the 70's. Personally I like the old school sound and think this is Cooper's best album since 2000's Brutal Planet.

Despite being well into his 50's, this is Alice's fourth album since 2000 and once again Cooper proves he still knows how to rock. This one is more of a throwback to his 70's heyday. Great guitar work and very catchy choruses. This one is Alice's most diversified album in a number of years.
