The best comedy team in British history bar none. Eric Malcombe and Ernie Wise were hilarious together, sadly both have passed on but if you ever get a chance to watch one of their shows it well worth it and very funny. They actually appear on the Beatle Anthology, Eric refers to Ringo as Bongo through the entire bit, very funny stuff.

The BBC Seventies specials were very good.

Comedy at its finest...nobody can hold a match to the comic timing of this pair. Classic and really British humour (none of the muck that passes for comedy nowadays)

Erm it's not Malcombe is MORECAMBE!! Classic British Comedy. One of the greatest comedy duo's to come out of British TV. The breakfast scene in the kitchen is fab. And did anyone question how two grown men could get into the same bed with each other and get away with it on TV?
