Great piece of music. I heard on the radio that Axel was wanting something to start the song that was original, and Slash start playing ,what is the opening to the song, as a joke. Axel liked it and said that was going to be the opening.

One of my all time favorite songs by Guns n Roses. Sweet Child of Mine is a classic, and definitely belongs among the all time great rock songs.
