I had the distinct pleasure of working with Sam early in her career at WRCN. We all always knew that Sammy would make the bigtime. She combines a great knowledge and love of sports with a personality that lights up any room she's in.

i think she's pretty hot. under poor lighting, she may look a bit rugged maybe, but she is certainly more appealing than michele tafoya, fer sure. why the serious name change? dombrowski isn't the greatest stage name, no, but, 'sam ryan's pretty damn plain.

I don't see where Sam Ryan does such a bad job at all. She’s much better to look at then that Porky pig face Michelle Tafoya. As far as Suzy Kolver goes I can't stand the way she talks through her nose, plus her hair always looks like a banny rooster got mad at it. Makes me wonder if she even knows what a hair brush is, plus she's about as fugly looking as Michelle.

I personally think she's great. For the people who think she isn't attractive enough, HELLO, I'm a woman and John Madden doesn't do it for me. It's not supposed to be about that. It's about talent. Sam has a great tv presence and I think her voice is great. Better than the irritating whiny chicks out there. Michelle was great too but she's on maternity leave. Sam is a great replacement and really was able to hold her own. Good job!!!

First of all, Sam Ryan is not attractive. She wears far too much makeup and she looks horrible. I'll take Suzy Kolber or Melissa Stark, looks wise. Secondly, she has to be the dumbest sideline reporter out there. No wonder women can't get a shot at the broadcast booth, it's because of dumb women like her. She got told off by Theo Epstein at Fenway for asking stupid questions on camera, and she can't get through one MNF report without stumbling on her words. If she's counting on her good looks getting her really far, let's just say the executives at ABC needs their eyes examined. Bring back Michelle, please! At least she can talk!

I walked around with Sam for monday night football. She had an assistant with her Drew who would really be doing the sideline reporting. The horse trailor was nice inside tho cause i got to hang out in there with her. They should have had beer in there tho not just water and juice. I found it rude that she didnt even thank me for helping out all night. Also guys be advised, TON of make up on her. She definately looks better on tv. Also she had a black thong on for monday night football. Definately doesnt hold B squared's jock, well, if she had a banosky!!

I am all for women sports reporters, they add a little flavor to a game, but she is the exception. I told a friend that she must be someones wife or daughter because there is no way she got that job on her talent and ablity. Her voice is monotone and does not project. Her interviewing technique is terrible. Her questions to the players are just down right stupid. A player laughed at her on one occasion and walked away. She adds nothing to sunday night baseball I mean nothing. In fact I don't watch it as often because of her. Please give her another job, and please leave her out of the home run derby.
