I love Tim Horton's.  They have great food and coffee- and the very best iced capps. I could go there everyday.

I've been to Tim Hortons all over Canada, in Maine and in Rhode Island. The coffee is excellent and the food selections put all other donut chains to shame.

I love Tim's coffee and go all the time ! I would not say that it's addictive, just the best place to go because the coffee tastes good and is always fresh or almost.

That's what happens when you offer good quality products for reasonable prices, people choose your products.

I do prefer Dunkin's donuts though.

Decent fast food chain...I think it's only in Canada though.

Tihos has arrived in New England. The coffee is a perfect concoction of smoothness and rocket fuel. Really cultish amongst my Canadian pals who swear by it. Try it with a cheeze biscuit. Great Canadian import....

Tim Horton was a star hockey defenceman for the Leafs and Sabres before tragically dying in a car crash many years ago ... in the '70s I believe. Owned now by Wendy's, they are thinking of separating it into its own division as it's a more attractive stock alone than grouped with Wendy's. Great taste and prices for cakes, Naniamo bars, butter tarts, croissants, mini pies and their coffee is really nice ... "make mine a double double". And Tim Horton drive throughs have a nice tradition where people will pay for the coffee of the person behind them as a gesture to "have a nice day". I live about 5 minutes from Timmy's and they are open 24 hours, so if I need a sugar fix, they are there for me. A Great Canadian pop culture icon.

I worked there as a kid, they don't use salt water to make the coffee - this would ruin the coffee machines anyway. The coffee is simple and good, at a fair price. Staff are friendly and the food id decent. Beats the hell out of those overpriced prissy-artsy places like Starbucks.

In Canada, this has to be #1. I did recently find out why we Canadians are so hooked on Timmy's though. Apparently, it is T.H's rule to use salt water to make the coffee. So, not only do you become addicted to caffeine, you get addicted to salt. *lol* But still good anyhow AND the white chocolate macademia nut cookies rock!!
