	GenghisTheHun (171) 07/15/2008	This district is a carefully carved Democratic leaning district in the Central Valley. Kerry polled 51% of the vote here in 2004. Incumbent Democrat Jim Costa only won 53% of the vote in his first election in 2004, but should do better as an incumbent. He was unopposed in 2006. He was born in 1952 and is Catholic.
