Kansas 4--Todd Tiahrt (R) 3

This district has become more GOP and Bush won 64% of the vote here in 2004. Tiahrt was first elected in 1994 and had close races in the 1990's. Re-districting eased his problems and he won his last few races with almost two-thirds of the vote. He was born in 1951 and is Assembly of God.

Its unfair to criticize him as "too conservative" because he support civil liberties too.
