UPDATED OCTOBER 15, 2008: This district is another patch of solid GOP territory in the suburbs and exurbs northeast of Atlanta.
ORIGINAL COMMENT: The old district is overwhelmingly GOP. Bush won 76% of the vote in this district. The new district is also strongly GOP. Linder was first narrowly elected in 1992 but has won easily since then. He is making a splash with Neal Boortz with the Fair Tax book!By
