except for his hypocritical support of earmarks (pork-barrel projects) for his home district, and his peculiar affinity for left-wing socialist "anti-war" radicals, he's the best in the US Congress. A true conservative: anti-abortion, anti-big government, anti-homosexual, anti-foreign entanglements; pro-Constitution (as originally intended), pro-life, pro-family, pro-neutrality in foreign affairs, etc.

Ron Paul is the only candidate that can save this nation and fight the globalists among us who are seeking to destroy our country. Ron Paul is the only person in congress who has been true to his oath of office. He refuses to be a party hack and votes for individual rights day in and day out, regardless of how special interest groups try to pressure him. He has a reputation as "Dr. No" for consistently rejecting proposals to increase taxes and regulations on the American citizen.

This guy is a different duck. He has been in an out of Congress for the last 30 years. He is agold bug which is a dying breed and a libertarian posing as a Republican. He has stuck his foot in his mouth so many times that you could start a shoe store there. He is in an overwhelming GOP district so his potential opposition comes from the primary. He was the Libertarian candidate for President in 1988.
