08/03/2008 | Hammers the bejaysus out of the ball, and isn't too bad in the field. If he can keep this up (which is by no means a sure thing) we are probably looking at the early stages of a Hall of Fame career.

07/02/2007 | 5/30/06 - **** Howard has had a great start to his career, and has been on fire in 2006. He is a legitimate homerun threat, and is making the Phillies look wise to have sent Thome packing to Chicago. 7/2/07 - Howard slumped early in 2007, but has bounced back to become a huge force for Philly. After his MVP year in 2006, Howard has definitely earned the right to be called a great player.

09/29/2006 | The most exciting new star in baseball. He doesn't quite deserve a perfect scare yet, but he will everntually, so I give him a 5 so I don't have to come back and change my rating later. (DAMN, the man can hit!!!!)

10/03/2005 | Thome who!!!!! Howard is the real deal. Most home runs in the phillies system. I saw this guy play when he was in low A ball at the Lakewood Blueclaws and he could hit then and he can hit now. Trade thome and get a pitcher cuz thats wut they need.
