 | caphillsea77 (29) 08/26/2005 | I love her common sense and unbiased approch to her ratings. She tells it like it is but without an extreme point of view to stir up controversy. Bless her heart, I could chat for hours with CastleBee.

 | texasyankee (21) 08/26/2005 | I can see having dinner with CastleBee, but I am not sure she would enjoy my company too much. She seems to be a sophisticated city girl, and I am an unsophisticated country girl. We could go out to dinner maybe, because I don't see her enjoying a picnic-type BBQ, although, Bee, don't those brown sugar rub ribs of Souljunkie's sound intriguing ;)

 | CastleBee (81) 08/23/2005 | I would eat dinner with me...hee hee. Large group or alone it doesnt matter to me.
Though I've had my ups and downs with other posters on RIA over the years, there are few if any I would refuse to sit down and break bread with if the occasion presented itself. Yes, even the ones who felt compelled to send the nasty little notes from time to time.
One of my all time favorite movie scenes is the very last part of the film, Places in the Heart. All the people - those who were killed, wronged, who suffered hard times or caused suffering, treated people badly or were more compelled to be kind - were all seen in the local church singing and passing around the communion plate. It said so much about the shortness of life and how unimportant and petty most of our conflicts boil down to. So, figuratively speaking, lets all just sit down, enjoy - and have a food fight with the leftovers (well just promise to leave the sharp stuff on the table).

 | Randyman (103) 08/23/2005 | Another favorite of mine. Strong and witty! Since she and I are both nonsoutherners who happen to love southern food, we can meet with GoneAway for lunch and some good conversation somewhere in the heart of Dixieland!
