08/22/2005 | The whole trouble with making a comment about Randy is that it's hard to be unique. Everyone likes this guy, acknowledges his politeness, his incisive wit, his deep, deep knowledge of boxing and cooking and so many other areas and his congenial way of expressing himself and his opinions. I think, sometimes it would be like meeting a West Coast version of Eschew, without the edgy, East Coast abrasiveness. Anyway, sitting down to dinner (and obligatorily, drinks) with Randy would be one of those special experiences, the kind you wish you had surveillance cameras to remember every little detail and voice inflection. Maybe we could appoint a stenographer. Any volunteers?

08/21/2005 | Gotta echo the sentiments of just abut every other post on Randy thus far - it would be a fun meal from the conversational standpoint. Randyman seems to have a lot of experience upon which to draw.

08/21/2005 | Just having dinner with Randyman would not be an option; we would be cooking for the entire Rate It All community! Truly a kindred spirit when it comes to food as well as family. Not too sure about the tripe yet Randyman, but I am willing to give it a try one more time.

08/20/2005 | Absolutely no question about it. Not only for his comments on the disgusting foods list, but for his evident passion for food demonstrated in hundreds of other comments.
Besides that, it would be certainly an evening of good conversation, possibly a light hearted argument or two, and a great time.
