 | Vudija (92) 03/29/2007 | Only for my 4th grade year, but I lived right across the street.

 | LastMessenger3 (40) 10/08/2006 | Actually, if you don't live too far from the school, it is a great way to start your day - fresh air, lots of movement, a time to wake up! I walked to school every day.

 | Faldara (6) 12/16/2005 | Oh yes - all those miles through snow and ice ... but it was kind of fun to meet up with your friends and walk to school and back home in the afternoon.

 | TJGypsy2 (7) 11/05/2005 | I remember this for a significant part of my life. It was great living in a town where you could see the school from our yard, if you tried. Not sure I'd be willing to try this today, things being what they are.

 | Gentle Jude (23) 08/26/2005 | That isn't just something that happened in the past. There are lots of people who walk to school because they don't live very far. I would of if I was close enough.
