Had a good experience. Booked a Vegas package; Allegiant Air with Bellagio Hotel.
All went off without a hitch. Great value. No flight delays; all as promised; no surprises.
Would book through Allegiant again. Being a discount airline; the aircraft seat spacing was tight.
All Allegiant staff were pleasant. Worth the drive from Winnipeg to Grand Forks to catch the deal.

TERRIBLE AIRLINE - STAY AWAY.
I flew from Mesa, Arizona to Eugene, Oregon with my family. When I made the reservations, I told the customer service representative that I had a child, under 2 years old. He told me it was OK ... He would fly for free, on my lap. When I got to the airport, they charged me $271 for my child, who is under the age of 2, Lap child according to FAA regulations.
The counter person told me I had to submit a REFUND by mail.
It's been 2 months and I have not heard anything back from them. Disputed the charge with the bank, and they are working on it.

THIS AIRLINE IS THE WORST EVER!
How can they be allowed to be in business. Contacting BBB of Las Vegas to give them a piece of my mind.

DONT TRAVEL WITH ALLEGIANT AIRLINES.

I am a frequent flyer--my first with allegiant.
I haven't even take my flight yet, but I have a major complaint
with the servce. I have been trying to inquire about the fees for
checked baggage--the info from #65 on their list of requirements
reads like a government tax form.
I've called Allegiant for a real live interpretation and all I get is a
voicemail that says they will call you back. But after several calls and
no callbacks, I've given up.

My daughter highly recommended this airline to us, so I'm hoping the
rest of our experience with them will help match my daughters enthusiasm.

In future I would rather use a more conventional airline, pay a little more
and get treated like I'm an actual customer.

Just got back from Las Vegas and had a blast!! After I booked our vacation, I read all of these terrible reviews about Allegiant Air and was upset with myself for not looking at these before hand. I'm glad I didn't!! The service was great, the planes were clean, and best of all it was non-stop. Not having to worry about switching planes and lost luggage was really nice. We booked a package deal for flight and hotel and everything worked without a hitch. My wife and I are ready to go back and we will book the flight with allegiant again!!

I haven't even flown with them yet, and I'm already ticked off. They charged way more than they advertised, with all their hidden security fees and whatnot. Then, to top that off, they hit me with the bill twice on my debit card, which took out more than I had in the account. Shouldn't be to hard to just call 'em up and have it all straightened out right? You like to think so! Going on their website to the contact page, you can call baggage service or lost and found. If you have a problem that needs to be addressed, you need to send it in writing to their office in Nevada. I need help NOW before i start getting penalized for going under on my card. I already am not satisfied, and will never fly with them again. I would recommend that you avoid Allegiant Air Lines. What a joke.

Last week I had a flight to Vegas on Allegiant Airlines. I had left my cell phone at home and had to return to get it at the last minute. I finally arrived at the airport 30 mins before my scheduled departure, only to find no attendant at the check-in counter only a sign that read "will return in 20 mins". When the attendant returned about 10 minutes later and I demanded my boarding pass, he proclaimed there was nothing he could do for me because I had "forfeited" my flight by arriving "late". It's important to note that that flight did not depart for at least another 45 mins from the time I arrived at the airport, it departed late. However, "on-time" according to Allegiant airlines is arriving no later than 45 minutes before your scheduled departure. If you arrive even at 45 minutes and 10 seconds, you have forfeited your flight on Allegiant Airlines. This forfeiture entitles you to NO REFUND OR FLIGHT CREDIT. ITS TIME TO FIGHT BACK AGAINST SUCH UNFAIR POLICIES. Myself and my partner were not the only people who had "forfeited" their flight that evening, there were at least 3 other customers who had paid their hard-earned money to fly on that flight. I'm sure this "forfeiture" of flights happens on every Allegiant Airlines flight out of the Eugene Airport.
KNOW YOUR RIGHTS. If you have suffered at the hands of this unfair policy and have seen your hard-worked money go down the drain FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. Allegiant Airlines 45 min"late policy" is not legal because it is not conscionable, it is unfair on it's face. There is no other airline that has such a policy for late customers without providing them at the least flight credit. You are ENTITLED TO REMEDY.

We flew Allegiant Bellingham to Las Vegas return with no problems at all. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. The plane was clean, with lots of legroom and comfortable leather seats. On time leaving and maybe 30 minutes late retuning but no big deal. Being from B.C. Canada means no Customs to deal with at the airport for U.S. trips.

LANANCE - you have to be leaving something out. There are laws to protect you against the fraud you assert. You don't mention the reply from Allegiant as to WHY they did not refund your luggage fee. Allegiant has a customer care department that I have spoken to and found very helpful. What did the customer care people tell you?

I flew from SC to FL on Allegiant Airlinesin September this year and wasn't expecting much because of the low cost. I had a very pleasant experience. Everyone was courteous and professional. My flight there and back was early, and I had no problem my luggage. I was very surprised because of all the negative reviews of this airline that are out there. I had a great experience and will fly again with Allegiant!

I recently flew this airline to visit family. When I booked the flight, I prepaid the luggage fee ($20 each way for the first bag). My bag never made it to my destination, but was left back at the airport I left to be picked up when I got back. Allegiant refused to refund the $20 I paid to have the luggage go with me on the trip, BUT THEY ALSO REFUSED TO REFUND THE $20 I PAID FOR THE RETURN FLIGHT. They wouldn't give me the time of day. As far as I'm concerned, they stole $40 from me as they charged for services they never rendered.

I STRONGLY SUGGEST USING ANOTHER AIRLINE IF POSSIBLE, EVEN IF IT APPEARS THAT THE OTHER AIRLINE IS MORE EXPENSIVE. ALLEGIANT CHARGES SO MANY FEES, THAT THE OTHER AIRLINE MAY NOT COST YOU ANY MORE, AND I AM SURE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL BE BETTER.

Huge delays, messed up a "confirmed" car rental, and avoided customer service contact attempts. Refused to reimburse the car rental which we were unable to get. Offered us a credit to be used for future travel WITH THEM! Sounds like stealing doesn't it???

1. You can expect delays 50 % of the time.
2. Planes are not clean.
3. They experience a lot of mechanical problems.
4. Their advertised fares are not what you end up paying. Many Hidden add-ons.

Horrible service! This airlines is not in the service industry, more like the cattle herding industry. The employees are some of the rudest "customer service" workers I have come in contact with in my daily travels. I guess you get what you pay for.

Traveling SGF to LAS on our return flight. I was in line with my family, including two very small children, at the SGF airport 35 minutes proir to flight. I understand COMPLETELY that they have a 45 minute policy. However, I had a 4 hour drive just to get to the airport, and I know for a fact that everyone who travels has been in this situation before. Terrible traffic, unfamiliar NEW airport and surroundings, but we were there at the gate 35 minutes prior. So, no matter what I had done, there were problems with the 4 hour drive to get there for the flight. We've ALL had those days!

Now, keep in mind that the "New" Springfield MO airport is SMALL, cracker box configuration. When you walk in, you can literally see the restroom location, the rental car counters, the ticket counter, the security gate, the departure gate and the plane you are going to board. All within 30-45 SECONDS slow pace walking distance. With only maybe 20 people in the entire visible area, including the count of my family of 5 and all airport personnel, I assumed we would have time to walk on the plane, even though we had such a terrible time getting there.

A representative from Allegiant approached me and asked if we were on the Las Vegas flight. I replied yes, and he told me, no, sorry you aren't! I asked why and he said it was too late and the flight was already gone! I knew it was not, I could SEE the plane, and asked why we could not board and his answer was there wasn't enough time! Again, remember, the size of the airport, and the fact that there was no one else even in the area to board ANY other flights at that time. Long story short, he refused to allow us to even attempt to make the flight, with 35 minutes before scheduled departure time! He did not offer to put us on another flight, even though their flights are 1 per day. He simply said NO.

Now, I have personally been in lines at the airport many times, and witnessed OTHER airlines coming through the line and asking if anyone is on a "close" flight. At that point they ESCORT the travelers and ASSIST in getting them on the plane. This I have witnessed in BUSY airports, and I know you all have also. They (the other airlines) seem to care about customer service. Allegiant is NOT customer driven or customer oriented. There was NO excuse for this. I can only assume this young man was "flexing his muscles" to show he was the BOSS, and capable of telling someone what to do. His standard answer was, well we have to have a cut-off SOMETIME! My answer to that was, yes, I understand you do, but when I can see the plane, the security agents are literally sitting there twiddling their thumbs with nothing to do, my family could walk over there, walk through the security line (as the ONLY ones there to do so), and then walk to the boarding gate, allin a matter of MAYBE 5 minutes maximum, we would STILL have 30 minutes to walk ON the plane! This was INSANE!

This action, and lack of compassion for their customers and passengers, caused me to have to obtain another rental car (as I had already turned mine in), a hotel for the night, place a call for a family member to drive 4 hours to come and get me and my family and take us back (another 4 hours) to Kansas City to take another flight the following day at a cost of $500 for new tickets.

I will never recommend this airline to anyone. If you get to the airport 2 hours prior, I imagine you might not have any problems and can take advantage of their cheap fares. Those of you who rave on about the cheap fares, I am right there with you. But these are only good when used in conjunction with a "perfect arrival at the airport", with none of the crazy things that can happen in a 4 hour commute to the airport in the first place, together with anything else the good Lord wants to dish out at the time! And heaven forbid you have any of those unforeseen problems just getting to the airport, because you will be treated like a second class citizen, even though you have 35 minutes to maneuver a 5 minute walk at the most, and board the plane with 30 minutes to spare!

I sent this same complaint to another site which Allegiant monitors. What do you want to wager, that they don't allow it to be printed?

More recently Alligiant has had a ton of "mechanical" issues with flights...be carefull.....long delays await. They don't have enough plans to service their limited flights.....I suspect they have 1 or 2 fill in/replacement planes. My family was delayed a total of 9 hours this past week.

Looking for customer service? Look somewhere else!
After reading online that there is a $14 per ticket fee for booking online or over the phone I decided to make a stop by the airport and book my flight there...

First try - Waited in line for 45 min. (not too bad for an airport) we were told that their computer system was down and wouldn't let them book flights so we would have to come back some other time. Their posted booking hours are only from 10am - noon, but they informed us that if we stopped by when they had flights coming/going there would be an agent there that could assist us.

Second try - Stopped by the airport 15 min. after one of their flights left, no agent in sight. Waited around for a little while, asked around, and were told no agents were there... okay.

Third try - Stopped by the airport shortly before a flight left this time, and there was an agent there! He informed me that he was busy and that they only book flights between 9am - 1pm.

Fourth try? Not a chance.

Horrible Customer Service and the Employees will steal from you. How could you steal from your customers? I would not fly Allegiant Air again. Just last week was my first time flying on an airplane (going to Vegas to get married). I got sick on the plane 5 mins before landing, my camera rolled out of my lap onto the floor. After cleaning up everything, I was so upset that I got sick and I apologized to the other passengers. I didn’t know I had issues with motion sickness. I noticed that I left the camera on the plane right when the plane was taken off. I called to Allegiant Lost and Found Area (which is a voicemail) it states on the voicemail that someone WILL call you within 24hrs (not if they find it). I called to customer service and had them flag my account so it states that I had a camera that was left on the plane. I was getting married on the next day, Friday and was looking forward to taken a ton of photos of Vegas. Well, I never heard from Allegiant, I had to continue to call for 8 days. It was finally turned over to a supervisor and was told they will contact me within 24-48 from that. Still, never received a call from no one. I called customer service on the 10th day and was finally directed to ESO (Baggage Area), the lady stated on the phone" if no one called you back, that means they didn’t find it" (with an attitude), then said have a nice day (with laughter in her voice). So, why did it take 10 days for someone to tell me this? Like I told her, "you’re the first person to tell me that." 5 mins later after that call, the supervisor decided to call right back (sounds like a little birdie told "Soctt" that I was upset & that supervisor can't return customer concerns calls back. I understand it's my fault and I should have doubled checked myself but I was not myself (I'm a very organized person). I was one of the last people to get off the plane so, my camera was left in the care of the flight attendants and it sucks that their not honest. For everyone that wants to hate on my comment; someone could have taken a few mins to show that they cared or even tell me I'm screwed, would have been fine to me. I hope that employee enjoyed my brand new $350.00 camera with brand new digit batteries, memory card and case (I’m sure you’re happy you didn’t have to go out and buy anything). I will not fly Allegiant ever again (due to their customer service) and I will pay more money with a different airlines.

"Minus Five Stars"

Flew twice with Allegiant. First time RT from LAX to Bentonville. Flight there was fine. Flight back, a nightmere. Arrived at the terminal 3 hours early. Plane had "mechanical issues" on last flight. Sent new plane from LAX (which had to do a RT run to Oregon first). Flight was supposed to leave in early evening, plane didn't come until 3 in the morning. Didn't arrive home until 7am the next day. Totally sucked. Free pizza couldn't even make up for it.

Last ticket purchase with Allegiant (bought the ticket the same day as other flight)...wanted to give them a "second chance". Flight up there ok, flight back just about killed me. The Bellingham to vegas flight in front of us was delayed 10 hours due to "mechanical issues". So I thought I had avoided the "mechanical issue" plague with Allegiant. Boy was I wrong. We took off at Bellingham and within 10 minutes we had a mechanical fire in the back of the plane. Pilots turned off electrical while we were all dieing from the smell of smoke filling up the cabin. We did an emergency landing in Seattle. Took 2 hours for us to get off the plane in Seattle. Couldn't find the source of the fire and Allegiant sent another plane up to Seattle. They waiting 6 hours before calling a new plane up. Then the plane didn't arrive until 10pm (we were supposed to land in LAX at 1:30pm, our flight took off at 11am). We finally made it back (smoke and fire free this time) to LAX around midnight and didn't get home until 2am. Sad part is there was two minors on board and the flight attendents just let them roam around the terminal. They lost one of the pre-teens they were supposed to watch. A handicap gentleman was left in the terminal and nobody from Allegiant even helped him out once. People on the plane took him to get food and to the restroom after we all noticed that the flight attendants (one who admitted he just started there a few months ago) left the poor handicp elderly guy outside the gate with no assistance. And the charging of bags is ridiculous...it was hillarious trying to see everyone try to jam every bag they own in the small overhead compartments.

That flight did it for me. I will NEVER EVER fly with them again. I guess that is what you get for 30 bucks. Crappy, dirty planes with bad customer service. And don't you dare let your minor go on a flight alone with this company.

Allegiant is a great airline! All of you complaining about this airline should take a step back and realize there is no such thing as a perfect airline. However, how can any airline compete with $99? For all of you who end up paying $300 dollars last minute and believe this is a high rate should realize you could pay up to a $1000 dollars for another airline. Perhaps save some money, show up early to get your seat assignment instead of paying for it online.

Oh, and for the ones complaining about the planes braking down, go get a life! Tell me one airline who never brakes down. Our men and women serving the military, so we can write these reviews, deal with broken planes ALL the time. Yet, those pilots still step in their jet so they can go to war for us. So, the next time you complain about broken down, delayed flights, I hope you understand the men and women serving our country and don't make one complaint with their aircraft.

I can't believe some of the petty things that people are saying about this airline. I have flown Allegiant numerous times with no problems. The staff is professional, courteous, and always more than willing to go above and beyond. My flight was delayed by about 20 minutes because of a fuel truck malfunction. So what! Like Allegiant can help that! My plane ticket was $99 round trip! Are you kidding me!?! I would never complain about a $99 flight. To all of you that are complaining about the petty things, go buy a $600 ticket and fly first class!

I'm getting a kick out of all the people who have no idea how great Allegiant is.

1st off I saw somebody who was implying that the CEO was responsible for the Valuejet crash... do some research on it. It had nothing to do with the plane but an idiot contracted out ground crew that put some combustable canisters on the plane. It had nothing to do with the integrity of the plane.... does anybody blame the CEO of Air France for the crash 2 months ago? I think most people would still fly Air France

2: People bitching about a convienence fee .... most of us have purchased concert tickets and we all have to pay ticket master a fee to buy those tickets. I purchased some Padre baseball tickets a few weeks ago and had to pay a convienence fee to them to.

3: Flights are delayed all the time due to weather.... that isn't the fault of Allegiant, it's just moronic to think so. The other people complaining about maintnence delays... hmmm would I rather get on a plane that is broken or would I rather wait 3 hours to get on one that is fixed. Some of you may want to get on a broken one but I'll suck up my delay and get on one that is safe. Allegiant isn't the only airline that has these delays....anybody flown US Airways lately?

4: I called into the call center and was greeted in a professional manner and even though they couldn't help me with me issue... (I was looking to get a refund for a canceled flight) which I was advised was against the company policy. I tried to argue but was advised it was in terms and conditions and THERE IT WAS PLAIN AS DAY NO REFUNDS. It's not rocket science...

5: The fees for baggage and seats suck... I have flown many airlines and am Platinum on Continental so they don't charge me for seats but I have purchased tickets for family and had to pay it.... it's just the way it is. It's an option if you don't want to pay don't pay it. Again not rocket science.

6: The call center.... yes it isn't a toll free number... boo hoo hoo. I don't even use a home phone anymore. With most cell phone plans long distance is included.... I recently had to fly from San Diego to Twin Falls , Idaho on Delta and then Skywest. I had lots of issues with Delta and every single time I called I was on hold for at least 20 minutes and when I finally got somebody they were in India and English was minimal.

7: I have flown Allegiant from San Diego to MRY 4 times and have had no issues at all. Yes the planes may be older but I was on an MD-80 from San Diego to Salt Lake when I flew Delta. I see tons of American MD-80s sitting at the gates in SAN as I drive by everyday. Would I rather be on something newer ? Sure but I have never had any issues with them as far as mechanical issues...

Finally Allegiant serves a purpose.... it's a no frills low fare carrier. I've seen their route map and they do a great job of serving places you'd have to drive sometimes hours to get to a bigger airport in some places. Honestly your not going to go non stop from LAX to Missoula on anybody else and your either going to have to stop in SFO, Salt Lake or Seattle. I'm sure their fare is half of what Delta, United or Alaska is going to charge. Seriously if you live in places like Grand Island or Casper who else give you non stop service to Las Vegas? I am going to fly them again to go to Vancouver but I have to fly to Bellingham and save all that Canadian tax. If you read the website and click off the extras you will be surprised how cheap the flights are... if you rush through it and don't read anything your in for a surprise. It's simple patience but judging by some of the reviews it's ignorance by those complaining.....

In looking through the reviews, I notice they are pretty mixed. My wife and I have flown with Allegiant many times and up until this month, it has been OK. They have now instituted the method of cell phone and satellite TV companies - ding the customer for anything and everything. Buy a seat, pay for luggage (so everyone just tries to cram everything on board - who could have seen that coming?!) and various other things that creep up on you if you don't uncheck the boxes online. Enough has been said, but I would like to add my two cents as a fairly long time customer. Pay a little more for a legitimate airline... you'll pay almost as much by the time Allegiant is through with you anyway.

ABSOLUTLY THE MOST TERRIBLE AIRLINE OUT THERE!! STAY AWAY. There customer relations/sastisfaction is non-existant! My daughter was 5 minutes late for check in for a flight from San Diego to Monterey. She had no check in luggage and a paid ticket and they would not let her on! To make things worse the plane was late leaving. OMG, 11 people and her were turned away. The plane left late with 12 empty paid seats!!!! I would ride a Grayhound bus before I would fly with them again! Cheap flights, forget about it, fly with a good airline its well worth the extra money.

Scary! Flew from Grand Junction to Vegas, (many upcharges on flight; $39 flight turned into $90 somehow) Dirty, (and they're wondering how H1N1 is circulating?) loooong walk to plane from terminal. Ascent was fine, short flight, the landing was so scary everyone on the plane could not move for about five minutes after we landed; we hit the tarmac, waited for the thrusters, (1,2,3,4,5..) and found ourselves "drifting" toward the terminal... (that's what it felt like) it was like the pilot forgot where the brakes were! It was like a scene out of the movie Airplane, we we all smooshed up against the right side of plane as we drifted around the corner! We all just stared at each other as the pilot got on the intercom and request that we all keep our seatbelts on until the plane had reached the ramp.... no one was moving! And nothing else was said.... we all just quietly got off of the plane and then kissed the ground....

We have been flying from Bellingham to Las Vegas on Allegiant every month for a year on business. My biggest complaint is the constant lateness of the flights, 2 to 5 hours seems to be the norm, on time is the exception. In a year of many numerous flights we have departed and arrived on time ONCE each. Then the staff claim they don't know why and they are lying, because they do know. Instead of being transparent, they just avoid inquiries. NOT a good sign. The scheduling always seems to be a mess, and they don't seem to have any contingency plans whenever a situation arises. Last November, our friend took time off work to come and see us in Las Vegas for a few days, and by the time all the late flights ocurred, she ended up visiting for a day and a half. The plane that was to arrive in Bellingham landed in Seattle, and they all had to get a hotel for the night and even then the flight didn't get going until late in the day. That was enough for her. Not only is the constant tardiness a huge inconvenience for us, but what about the people on the other end who pick us up? My friend in Vegas is used to our being late. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE. The otherhead bins are also a nightmare. Coming back last week from Vegas was just chaos aboard the plane. People bring such big luggage on board to avoid the checked fee, and the space is very quickly used up.

The first time we flew Allegiant, the pilot drove the plane right off the runway into the weeds! That was good for 2 and a half to 3 hours late getting another plane. But we didn't get free pizza and soda, they offered us a free bottle of water in compensation. I thought they were joking when they told us this was their way of making up!

If another airline would offer competitive fares, it would be "good bye Allegiant" forever for us. But they have us who need to fly cheap, so they don't care....and it shows!

First off, for these prices, NO ONE should be complaining about anything. Secondly, I recently took my first (and certainly not last!) Allegiant Air trip from Columbia, SC to Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Both planes were clean and as comfortable as any coach seat can be.

No trouble checking in, and the ticket agents were nice enough to seat my boyfriend and me together without having to beg (as I've read in some other reviews). Because we managed to fit all our stuff into carry-ons, we didn't get nailed with checked bags fees, nor did we select our seats/purchase pre-boarding. Saved us a lot of money! Who cares that we couldn't check in online? No big deal.

The first leg of the trip left on time, and even arrived a few minutes early. The second leg was delayed, but that was due to weather.

Every Allegiant Air employee we encountered was friendly and helpful. I will DEFINITELY fly with them again!

Allegiant Air 1

allegiant air is a terrible airline. my sisters were flying from medford to pheonix the airplane was having engine problems in pheonix and couldnt take off so with it being monsoon season the other flight had to wait on the tarmac for an hour so they could get off the plane and wait for a new plane. the delay went from 4 hours to 5-6 hours. their staff at the airport told us that we could go home but we needed to be back at the airport by 11 pm. we live 45 minutes away from the airport so we decided to just go home if it could be up to 6 hours! the original flight was actually set to depart at 8 pm. when we got home we called allegiant air and a machine told us to check on their website where there flights staus was "unavailable" after calling again and waiting to talk to someone as the waiting time kept getting pushed back the lady we talked to had no knowledge of the enigine trouble and 6 hour delay we were talking about so after putting us on hold again she came back to the phone just to say she had no further information.there goes 30 more minutes! we arrived at the airport directly at 11 to find that there was no one at the allegiant air counter. when a man did come all he had to say was we have no information about the flight. when they did recieve inforation about it we were told to be back at the airport by 140 AM because the plane would leave at 245 am. after the 7 hour wait the plane did finally come in and land, it took an hour before anyone even got on the plane, and when they did it was a different plane then the original had been and nobody had a seat because they had messed up the seating arrangement too. after the flight took off a gentleman was telling us that the exact same problem with the engine and the delay happened just a week ago on the same pheonix medford flight. we ended up paying for a 5 hour parking ticket and 120 miles of gas just because of the airlines mistake!!!!ALLEGIANT AIR IS NOT A GOOD AIRLINE!!!!!i would strongly suggest not using it. if the reason you want to is because of pirce, its a scam they make the ticket cheap but you have to pay for everything else!!!! 2 dollars for a sode that united would give you complimentary? you also have to pay extra for your bags and if you want a seat that is yours and yours only.they are dirty smelly and cramped, allegiant air sucks.

I had read so many bad reviews oabout Allegiant air that I was not expecting a pleasant trip. We flew from GSP to Orlando Sanford and back over the weekend of 7/17/2009. The first flight was a few minutes (15) minutes late but the second flight arrived early. Allegiant boarded priority customers first as promised. The flight was definitely bare bones for service items, but they do sell drinks, snacks and snack packs. We bought a coke for $2. The only complaint I have is that their windows are streaked and nasty looking, kind of like what a window looks after a dog has rubbed it's nose on it. Overall I have to say it was a good experience.

I have flown Allegiant several times out of Youngstown, OH to Orlando-Sanford Florida. I have never had a problem with this airline. The agents at the ticket counter were very helpful and friendly. Most airports I have been to, the ticket agents never have a smile on their face. The agents in YNG never stopped smiling. A few times the plane had been delayed due to weather, but that's not something that you can help. They provided us with pizza and pop at the airport, until our plane arrived. The trip was awesome. The flight attendants even did drawings for free Allegiant apparel. I've never been on a plane that did that. Not to mention the wide, leather seats. So comfortable. As for the fees and baggage expenses, every single airline charges for checked baggage, it's not anything new. As for the taxes on my flight were $18.70. I can't find anyother airline with less than $50 taxes!! I give Allegiant an A+++++++

OMG! I can not believe that Allegiant Airlines is still in business!
I booked my son on a flight to Monterey from San Diego online. We showed up 45 min before the departing time with only carry on luggage. When we arrived there were 6 people in line in front of us and NO ONE at the counter to check them in! They had all been waiting 30 min already, which means they were there over an hour before the flight was scheduled to leave. They said someone with Allegiant had come and said she would be right back to check them in but she never did.
We tried overhead paging someone to come to the counter. No one came. More people arrived after us. We asked security to go to the gate and tell them there 10 people waiting to get on the flight. We called the customer service number and were told the flight left an hour early! Later after calling the Monterey airport I found out it did not leave early.
Finally, someone came out and made an announcement to us. She said "all of you should have been here an hour ago. I was here and none of you were here then. The flight has left and we are done conducting business for the day. Too bad, goodbye" and she walked away! She refused to speak to any us and ignored our request to speak with her. About 20 min after that another man came to the counter by that time only myself and one other man were still there of the group that had missed the flight. He refused to believe that we were there well before the departure and said there was nothing he could do for us. He told us to call customer service regarding the refund. Customer service said they do not deal with refund request and the department that does handle those request do not take calls and suggested I write a letter, which I will be doing.
10 people missed the flight because there was no one at the counter to check us in. And of course, they are refusing to give any of us a refund. I will fight them tooth and nail for it!
ALLEGIANT AIR IS A TOTAL SCAM. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT FLYING WITH THEM!!!!

Flying out from Chattanooga was fine. It is always crazy traveling with little ones, but the trip back was an absolute nightmare. The flight returning from Orlando/Sanford was suppose to leave at 4:50 but didn't end up departing until almost 8:00pm. Then to make matters worse we flew into a terrible lightning storm in Chattanooga, stayed up in the clouds circling until the pilots found a safe time to land and when we landed they left us on the runway in a terrible downpoor of rain and lightening... Allegiant after all of that should have AT the VERY LEAST brought us up to the gate. I felt so bad for the elderly and babies and children having to walk down the slick ramp in the storm. UNBELIEVABLE. The only reason that I gave the rating one extra star was because I was thankful that we landed safely and that the flight attendant asked someone to go down and bring up an umbrella for me and my children. Just know that when you book on this airline, you could be in for a LOT of surprises!

Thank heavens I only had to call (well, okay, attempt to call) Allegiant Air. My boss requested that I verify a flight for her grandkids leaving Las Vegas. I called the non-toll-free Las Vegas local number, and was told "our representatives are all busy helping other customers," and that my wait time would be 4 minutes, 40 seconds. This was followed by a suggestion that I use their wonderful website to avoid a $14.00 fee for booking online. However, I see from reviews, that there is a web booking fee, too. But I didn't need to book a flight, I had a question. So I waited.

There was more soothing music, then the voice came on again and said that my wait time was 4 minutes, 55 seconds. Hmmm...I'd been on the phone for at least a minute already, and somehow my wait time had increased by 15 seconds. Perhaps a time warp?

After this announcement, the music became piercingly loud and was accompanied by screaming and clapping. That, apparently, is their way of advertising al the fun we could have in Las Vegas. After Las Vegas, we hear kids screaming and music, again way too loud (and I love to crank the stereo-I'm not kidding-this was really, REALLY loud). My ears hurt, so I made the mistake of hanging up and trying to dial again.

Oops! Now they're too busy to take my call at all, and I should call back later. I tried again 1/2 hour later...too busy to take my call. I tried 1/2 hour after that...too busy to take my call.

I thought I was crazy, and that I was just being too judgmental, but out of curiosity I checked Google to see reviews of Allegiant...and WOW, am I glad I haven't booked any flights with them. I never will, either!

I only hope my boss's grandkids get safely home.

Southwest is a great airline!!

We all have to be smart consumers and weigh the plusses and minuses of any airline. They all have drawbacks, but I will continue to fly Allegiant as long as they provide service from my local airport.

Allegiant used to be completely reliable, but in the past year their schedule has become more of a crap shoot, according to them through no fault of theirs. It has gotten to the point where delays of two to four hours are the norm instead of a rarity.

It seems like every day another mainstream airline announces new fees, the kind that Allegiant has been charging for a year or so. Allegiant is one of the few carriers that operates in the black, so they are looking to be more visionary than greedy.

The low-paid flight attendants (who get a lot of their income from commissions from selling on-board food and souvenirs) are not very professional, more like 30-year old home town chicks who mean well but aren't very sophisticated. One can only hope they have had sufficient training to handle emergencies.

But even with that, nothing beats being able to fly direct to Las Vegas from our little tiny airport in Loveland, Colorado. Parking is a fraction of what it is in Denver, and the drive is so much easier for people from Nebraska and Wyoming. We can drop by there a couple of hours before the flight for the boarding pass and then drive over to the outlet mall for some shopping or go to a restaurant, and get back in time for the flight because our cars are parked no more than 30 feet from the terminal.

Not only that, the food/bar service at our little airport is run by very entertaining people, so that makes the time fly. And, last but not least, the local library stocks a bookshelf with help yourself paperbacks that you don't need to return.

The last time I flew to Vegas the rodeo was in town, and all the cowboys waiting for the plane in Loveland were so cute and entertaining. A couple of guys waiting to buy pitchers of beer discovered they had a mutual acquaintance, so one loans the other his cell phone to call that guy and tell him: "Hey, you SOB! It's your buddy here with your nephew!"

When we were loading onto the plane one of the passengers had to put his carry-on several rows behind him, and I thought it'd be a big mess because you know how that is on regular airlines, but the people behind him passed his suitcase over the tops of the seats so there was a smooth unloading. It was like they were all family instead of a bunch of jerks intent on looking out for themselves and to heck with anyone else. Of course this has nothing to do with the airline, and certainly the flight attendants did nothing to facilitate how people dealt with their carry-ons, but it speaks to the flavor of flying out of smaller airports.

I think if you look hard enough, you can find something wrong with any airline, and many people delight in having something to gripe about. Allegiant is on a par with those turboprop flights operated for larger carriers like Frontier by even smaller airlines, but the Allegiant planes are full-size so more comfortable. If you buy your ticket far in advance, even with all the fees, the fares work out to be very reasonable, especially with the convenience of leaving from an airport 15 minutes from home.

And no, I do not work for Allegiant, I fly several times a year between my homes in northern Colorado and Las Vegas.

I just want to tell everyone to please spread the word... ALLEGIANT AIRLINE is the worst ever..flight was suppose to leave at 7:50pm. after 5 hour wait last night they cancelled our flight. They rescheduled it for the next afternoon at 2:05pm which was to late for my reason for flying. They absolutely refuse to give any refund or any credits and I had 3 of us booked. So I just want to bad mouth them to everyone i can. I rate them ---0 stars. BTW they will hang up on you when you ask about refunds.

Use common sense. I am a pilot. I do NOT fly for any airline. That being said......when you see THIS many bad reviews, usually with the exact same complaints (late/cancelled flights, poor customer service, tons of extra fees, it is probably true. The ratings for this airline are in the two extremes, either 1-Star or 5-Stars. There seems to be no middle ground. While I'm sure that some of the positive reviews are legit, many of the 5-Star reviews are probably fake ones generated by Allegiant themselves. Why else would so many people mention "leather seats", or why would someone CAPITALIZE words like ALLEGIANT and LOW cost/HIGH cost in their reviews? It looks like a marketing ploy. Good luck!

June 2009, flew Greensboro to St pete and back on vacation. What a lame, dishonest airlines that I could not recommend to anyone flying today. They post low fares by eliminating hidden costs that you as the customer get to pay later.. reserved a rental car with the flight and got surprised at he Alamo counter when we had to pay the tax that Allegiant didn't charge during booking but failed to mention. Made the cheap fare not so cheap. Planes were old and dirty, both flights were late, going out for no other reason than the unproffessional and unorganized way they runtheir operations. Please save yourself some time and agrivation by just paying the difference to fly a carrier that can actually get you to your destination

Having flown Allegiant Air several times, I was very surprised to read negative reviews. I have never had a bad experience on this airline. The flights have left on time and have arrived on time or early. The check in has always been smooth without problems and the flight crew has been attentive, personable and friendly. I give this airline five stars for great service and great fares. I read with some surprise complaints about the fees for baggage, drinks, snacks, etc. All of these are plainly stated on the website, so if people arrive at the gate or onboard unaware, it is their own fault. I have flown several other airlines between Allegiant flights and have found all of them lacking where Allegiant excels. It's a new day for commercial aviation with numerous additional fees, etc. and it's the responsibility of the passenger to educate themselves. For those who complain about security fees, airport fees, 9/11 fees, etc, these are federally mandated, not airline controlled. And remember, Allegiant is a discount airline. Adjust your expectations accordingly. As long as I receive a friendly smile and arrive safely and on time, I am completely satisfied.

A few things you can do to make your flight easier:

1. Don't check bags. If you are able to pack all you need into one carry on which will fit under the seat, there is a dedicated check in line at Las Vegas and you can board early.

2. I don't mind paying the extra money to reserve a seat.

3. If you don't want to pay for snacks and drinks, bring snacks on board. You will have to buy a drink after security at the airport, but this is more expensive than buying on board.

4. Read the fine print. Educate yourself. You aren't flying on Fancy Pants Airlines. It's a discount carrier. I paid $114 roundtrip from XNA to Vegas with other airlines charging $400 for the same service and additional fees.

And....

Regarding the difference in fares per flight, having been a travel agent - airlines block a certain number of seats at a certain fare. If you book early, you get the best fare. But, this isn't always the case. Fares will fluctuate according to number of seats sold as the date of flight grows closer. If you book early and the fare is $300, and as the date draws nearer fares may drop in order to fill those seats. Most airlines will not make make up the difference in the fare. This is plainly stated on websites.

This past January I had booked a flight on Allegiant for less than $200 roundtrip from Tulsa to Vegas. The day before the flight an ice storm hit our area and I was unable to get to the airport. I called Allegiant to rebook the flight. They originally wanted to charge me and additional $140 for the rebooked flight, but when I explained my weather situation, they instantly gave me the new flight at the original price. No hassle. No drama. Just great service.

I give my experience with allegiant a "0"!!!!! This was my 1st flight with this airline and my last. I fly 2-3 times a year and have for the last 8 years without problems. That is until I chose to try allegiant. They were slow in taking my ticket to the gate (because i was flying in and out the same day) and nearly caused me to miss my flight. When I picked up my luggage from the luggage claim I found that my daughters brand new bag was shredded. It was obvious it was done with a razor and more so it was obvious it was not an accident. When I filed a claim I was told that they were not responsible for damage done to the outside of luggage. You can only imagine my frustration that they were not willing to cover the only part of the bag they touch. They had me go thru he_l and back to file the claim and were constantly cutting me off while I was talking. There was no compassion or concern for my property. I flew with allegiant to save some money but will all the hidden charges and the cost to replace the luggage I actually spent more. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS AIRLINE!!!!!!!

I took a flight from LAX to Missoula MT and had no trouble whats so ever. Got to the airport and waited in line for five minutes to check my bag then went to the boarding gate 20 minutes before departure. Walked onto the plane and had a great flight to Missoula. Was seated next to a elderly lady that said she had flown to see the grand kids 3 different times and never had any problem. The flight home was just as good. I would fly this airlines in a heartbeat. Thanks Allegiant for a great vacation. MAC

If I could, i would rate it a NO STAR! The absolute worst airline ever!!!
I booked a flight with Allegiant Air to Las Vegas. They charge you $13 for a convenience fee, 10 for a 911 security fee and 30 for checking in 1 luggage. On the day of the flight there was a 2 hr delay due to "technical difficulty". On the way back, there system was down and they were taking 2 hrs just to check-in!! Thank God I went to the airport 3 hrs in advance. Not to mention that there was nothing served on the plane because it was a "short flight" from Santa Barbara. When we landed in Santa Barbara the plane sounded like it dipped into the ground. As a result, the luggage door is jammed and they have to fly the plane back to Vegas to have the technical mechanics to try to open it. As soon as the door is open they will not send our luggage back immediately but wait til the next flight which is not until 3 days later! DO NOT EVER FLY WITH ALLEGIANT! IT IS NOT CHEAP AND IT HAS THE WORST SERVICE!

If you are considering booking a flight on Allegiant Air Lines DONT DO IT!

I had the misfortune to book a flight on Allegiant Air Lines for April 23, with return booked for April 30.
The flight was delayed out of Mesa/Phoenix. We were charged for everything including $2 for water. The low fare of $88 turned out to $162 with their add on's. This did not include any checked bag. They ran a raffle on board 3 chances for $5, with a bag of junk as prizes.
The return trip was the clincher. The flight was scheduled to depart at 6:15 p.m. with arrival in Phoenix/Mesa at 8:40 p.m. We actually left Eugene Oregon after midnight on May 1st and arrived in Mesa after 2:00 a.m. There was mechanical delay after mechanical delay. We were told that this was the 3rd or 4th plane. One plane actually became airborne and had to return to Phoenix because of violent shaking of the aircraft.
We asked about a meal voucher, and was told that "we don't do that", and they added don't ask to transfer to another airline as "we don't do that either."
Boarding that plane, I felt I was taking my life in my hands. Cheap fares just arn't worth that.
I hope they go broke, and are out of business SOON!

I went online and reserved 4 tickets leaving for Las Vegas on a Friday with the return flight on Sunday. When I looked at my itinerary sent via email, it said we returned on the same Friday less than an hour later after we got to the airport! I could not believe my eyes. I know I triple checked the flights departure times before I gave my credit card number. When I FINALLY got someone on the phone line, I was told I would be charged $179.00 per ticket to come back on Sunday. Then I asked if I could cancel and was told it would cost $50.00 per person to cancel along with losing our flight money. The lady suggested we do a "no show". Sounds really fishy doesn't it?

Well, Allegiant Air is the Cheapest air fair, but it comes with many downfalls. I travel a lot and with a students budget its hard not to pick the lowest price. Recently, I booked my flight and the next couple days the price went down. I called their itinerary access number and it took FOREVER to speak to anyone. Once I was on the phone, she was very rude. I asked to get a price adjustment because of the price went down and it would only be fair because I booked my flight way in advance. But, she just said, "we don't do that... can I help you with anything else?.. Bye" Allegiant Air is really stupid when it comes to customer service once they get their money or really smart by playing dumb. Just to throw out there... They are RARELY on time, so don't tell your family to come at a certain time (times ALWAYS change)... Well, I just hope you get the better experiences out of this airline because few do... Thanks for reading...

Allegiant Air 2

A learning experience with Allegient Air: There is a reason why they are the most profitable airline out there, they are masters of "up-sell" but disasters at "delivery".

1) Never book a hotel package through them. Go direct to the Motel if you can to get preferred rooms.

2) Never book shows through them.

3) Never book the "shuttle" service through them-hire a cab!

4) Do purchase airline tickets through them. They do have comfortable leather seats and seem to be efficient with the travel part of it.

5) Do consider not checking your bag and carry on luggage instead - they let folks bring in pretty big and over stuffed carry-on bags.

6) Don't get sucked into the extra charges if you can avoid them. Folks were trading seats to sit next to their families or partner instead of paying the $30 pick your seat charge.

7) Do bring your own snacks and water on the plane - airport food is cheaper than they are. Alliegent charges $5.00 for a very small bag of chips. Pop and drinks at similar inflated prices.

8) Do bring disinfectant wipes, I don't think they clean the planes between runs. My drop down table nasty dirty. Allegient boards almost as fast as they disembark very little time to for the staff to clean anything between flights.

We booked a package with Allegient Air to Las Vegas, they pitched us hot and heavy on their "Shuttle Service" partner which had us waiting for an hour and a half to pick us up from the Airport. We could have gotten a cap immediately and paid about the same. Cost was $14.00 each way total $28.00. Told to call 2 hours in advance of leaving to get the shuttle to pick us up. Noticed at the end of our visit that the small print on the ticket said we were expected to call to schedule pick-up the moment we arrived to hour hotel room. Plus, in small print the shuttle company said they were not responsible for missed flights...doesn't that tell you something???!!! We ended up having to hire a cab for the ride back to the airport, and the total cost for that without tip was $11.50 one way with no wait. Booking show tickets: We booked show tickets for the 17th and they scheduled them for the 18th. Thinking one of our shows was booked on the 17th, we booked a second set of show tickets for the 18th. Because of the 17th screwup, called and had them move our second show reservation to the 19th. We arrived on the 19th to pick up the show tickets and discovered Allegient had scheduled them for the 18th after all. We had an itinerary email with the corrected date on it so they had changed it in the system. The agent on the phone told me that the person who scheduled the tickets just "made a mistake". The agent tried to fix it, put me on hold for a long time, came back and told me there was nothing they could do about it since the agents who scheduled the tickets were out for the weekend!!!! We would have to get a "refund" which they only give in the form of account credits - later. Fortunately their advertising partner fixed it for us. This companies agent told me she would never book show tickets with Allegient as they make way too may mistakes like these.
Our Motel booking: We requested a king room, but the Motel said Allegient hadn't requested it so we were stuck in a queen room with a poorly installed adjoining door with an improper gap from the bottom of the door to the floors. The Motel refused to move us into a King even though we were staying 5 nights. We suspect that Allegient wasn't paying them much and as a result, we were given the bums treatment. The Motel said we could request a late check out, but refused when we asked. (Mandalay Bay - Las Vegas) They did move us when the next door people had a big loud party, but again to another poorly designed double queen adjoining door room. We could hear everything the couple in the next room said and did as a result. Pretty icky. We tried to deaden the sound by putting a stack of pillows over the huge gap on the door but still that wasn't enough.

I emailed Allegient to complain about all these problems we had and their response was simply "Thanks for your email" nothing else, no apology - nothing.

I would fly Allegient for the cheap fares again. We will just never again book any sort of additional service from them.

A. Alot of new functions on the website are really great and new but alot of increasing amounts of callers are very angry about the fact that seats were automatically assigned along with trip flex and the options for not selecting seats or adding the travel protection are not and were not clear and obvious possibilities for them thus making them have to call in and then have us removed and have lead refund. Second part of this would be when credit cards are declined the are told to call us at reservations line instead of the financial institution. They get so angry of being told to make a toll call to our line in order to be told to call the bank.

B The increasing amount of web errors and duplicated bookings due to error messages that passengers experience when they are told the session has expired and page is lost when indeed it has been booked, They rebook and then have to wait on hold to cancel a duplicated booking that takes forever over the phone due to again, having to cancel one of the duplicated or sometimes triplicate booking and get a lead to refund.

please keep in mind that you may be not saving money in the long run. It is a bait and switch airline that misleads its passengers big time by making it very hard to manuver the website without getting anything extra on you which is another reason why they are so profitable.

mainly please please please remember or google the name Maury Gallagher and ValueJet. He is the CEO of Allegiant. He started Valujet the airline that crashed in the everglades in florida and he owned them and sold them very shortly (about 2 to 3 months prior to the crash) You could be risking alot more than money flying on these (yes paid for ) but very older planes that McDonnell Douglas ( remeber the DC10 dropping out of the sky when they got too old?>>> made back when they were in business. This is a business and they are all in it for the money, not any kind of values. The reason why I can say this is because I worked there for over 2 years and I have seen the greed, behind the scenes maintenance reports and the real reasons why they are not making all the schedules on time and trust me its not always weather. Oh the planes they are getting are the old ones airlines felt were too old to fly btw FLYER BE VERY AWARE

right now allegiant air have a promotion for buy one air/hotel package for a min 2 night stay in las vegas and the 2nd person can fly free.

Sounds like a great deal right? WRONG

You will not see the discount at all, when I have called and they said you will see the discount later on. I believe this is not fair for anyone who wishes to take advantage of the great promotion. Shouldn't Allegiant air display the discount so anyone will know how much they are saving?????

I know for sure I will never go through this site ever again.

But Wait It Get's Worse! There Next Flight Was @ 4:30 And Was Rescheduled For 9:30 and The Passengers Were Not Aloud To Board The Plan Until 12:00 Midnight.

Finally! Boarded The Inside Of The Plan Was Muggy And The Air Would Not Come On. My Sister Steped Of The Plan To Catch a Little air Before Taking Off Feeling Sick And The Pilot Asked My Sister Are You Getting On This Plane Or Not! Yes , She Said Returning To Her Seat. The Passenger Behind My Sister Asked Her If They Had Been Compensated For There Being Inconvienced While Being Outside.

My Sister Had Started Speaking To The Other Passenger About There Day, And Was Told By The Flight Attendant That If She Didnt Shut Her Mouth, Her And Her Husband Would Be Thrown Off The Flight!

But Wait It Get Worse!!!! The Plane finally Leaves And There On There Way To Oregon 10 Minutes Before The Filght Is Supposed To Land The Pilot Looses Control Of The Air PLANE And Is Dive Bombing Towards The Ground. My Brother In Law Said People Were Screaming And Praying For The Flight To Land safely...

Helped By The Hand Of God ! The Plane Finally Lands Safely And With No Kind Of Explanation or apology The Passengers Hurried Of The Plan.

Allegiant Air 5

I can tell the people that don't travel often by their comments. They are negative.

If you read Allegiants Terms and conditions you will see they give NO REFUNDS. How do you think they can sell tickets for $15.00 ea way? If you want to pay $400.00 roundtrip on another carrier because you might miss the flight - do it.

Some tricks when flying Allegiant:

1) Bring a Carry On if you can - this avoids the baggage fee by the way which most other
airlines are now charging too.

2) Don't select your seat - this will normally save you $30 roundtrip

3) If you need a rental car, book through Allegiant - its usually cheaper

4) Allegiant usually does not have multiple flights coming in per day - so if the plane gets
caneled for weather related or mechanical you will have to wait until the next
day. Sometimes they send "rescue" planes, but not always. So if you are going on a
cruise or have something big booked - give yourself a buffer day in case this happens.
If you are traveling to Florida and your airport has multiple destinations there and they
have another flight out - they usually will stick you on that other flight if there is space.
We take cruises out of Florida alot, and always use Allegiant and never fly the same day
as the cruise, even though we have an early flight into Florida. We always fly the day
before.

5) Bring on your own snacks and soft drinks, Allegiant allows this.

We fly out of Springfield, MO - Our airport has 5 destinations through Allegiant:

Las Vegas
Orlando/Sanford
St. Petersburg
Phoenix
Las Angeles

I have flown all the routes except for LAX and I have had great experiences with Allegiant.

I have gotten tickets for as low as $3.95 ea way!!!!

I have had one plane delayed 6 hours because of mechanical and they flew us in a "Rescue Plane" and then gave us $75 vouchers and free Pizzas at the airport, and food and drink on the plane.

Our airport makes it possible to take an Allegiant flight from Florida to the west coast because of how the flights are set up. We have many people do this - NOTE: DO NOT CHECK YOUR BAGS - Carry them on, it can take as much as 45 minutes to get your luggage and your can miss your next flight - Allegiant does NOT transfer your luggage, you must go back through the airport and pick it up and then go back through security.

However you can fly from Orlando or St. Pete to Springfield, MO and then to Vegas or LAX for Less than $99 ea way sometimes. INCREDIBLE

I have also used Allegiant to connect to other cities that it does not fly to. For example:

Allegiant to Vegas and then Vegas to Portland, OR on Southwest - Remember to give yourself 2 hours between flights because Allegiant does NOT transfer bags to the other carrier.

Comfort - I have flown many airlines, and unless you are flying and paying for first class, Allegiant has a ton of room. Very comfortable leather seats and lots of head room on the MD-80 - I am 6'0 - 200 and I can tell you I have no problem.

The basic thing to remember here is to use your brain, Allegiant is a discount carrier, no frills, but hey I don't need frills just cheap. I mainly sleep on the plane anyway.

I have flown with them over 50 times, and can tell you they are an excellent carrier.

Its also nice to fly into smaller hubs and leave from my home city, its so much nicer than transferring from OHare or Atlanta and being stuck in the airport overnight because your flight did not make it.

Allegiant Air 4

I fly from orlando/sanford to roanoke virginia a couple times a year....great trip as always! The airplane is always clean and the flight attendants are always nice. Im a very nervous flyer and since allegiant air isnt a big airline...felt kinda nervous flying with them, but they turned out to be great. For the price you pay you cant beat it! I definately recommend them. Good luck allegiant!
