The television is full of violence and abductions and so the parents of South Park grow concerned about the safety of their children. Tweek is probably scared the most from the media reports, and his parents aren't helpful either. One night the Ghost of Human Kindness appears in his room and takes him through town to show him that there are still friendly people out to help each other in the town. But The Ghost of Human Kindness turns out to be a child abductor himself just getting arrested just before he can lure Tweek into his van. Now the parents are on high alert. They buy a grotesque helmetlike device for their children named "Child-Tracker." The parents hire the the owner of the chinese Restaurant "City Wok" build a huge wall around the city, but the wall gets constantly attacked by Mongolians. When the news reports that most child abductors are people the child knew a long time, the parents start to distrust each other, and later every single parent starts to think that their significant other might abduct their kid. Finally, the parents sent the kids out of town to live on their own. The children stay with the Mongolians who attack the city wall, but are reunited with the parents when they knock down the wall using fireworks and explosives. The Mayor has the wall torn down again.
