I think NAMBLA was North American Man Boy Love Assiocation. Cartman was tired of his homies so he went on a chatroom to find more mature peeps to hang out with. Cartman ends up meeting up with a group of perverted men who "just want to sleep with young boys" xD at those perverts!!

My favorite part of the episode is the National Association of Marlon Brando Look A Likes, of which Dr. Mospheto is a member of. Sadly, he hasn't been in too many episodes.
