10/19/2005 | That is definitely true. Love is a fruit of goodness whilst hatred is a fruit of evilness. Love and hate are not a match made in heaven. Love and hate is like good and evil. These two things can't exist together, not unless it is a righteous hatred ie that hate is actually sprung from love and I don't mean the jealous boyfriend/girlfriend type. I mean if you see an injustice or an evil occur or see something hateful, then it is the love within you which inspires you to hate that thing. Love only hates hatred. God is love, but He hated and punished rebellion because rebellion is hatred towards God and since God is love, He can not love hatred.
