Probably in my top five of the funniest episodes.  Definately has a lot of the best quotes:

I liked how they spoof Lord of The Rings, especially Butters as a Gollum type charecter.

I thought this one was brilliant as well. Butters' descent into Gollum-esque craving for the video is hysterical, as well as the council meetings of kids to decide who should make the perilous trek to the video store.
