I switched to Vonage phone service almost one year ago and have no complaints. I like the fact that I pay one low rate for unlimited local and long distance calls. I was also able to keep the same phone number when I switched to Vonage, and continue using my existing phone devices with the free phone adapter they provided.

I've had Vonage for about 4 years now and never a problem. Plus you can't beat the price of about $28 per month.

Vonage is very very poor!!!!! When using thier system the call cuts out for several seconds with the transmission during this period lost, this happens over and over and over, even when using their system to call other Vonage customers. When you are finally fed up with this lame service and cancel they will not refund any money and to add insult to injury they hit you with a $40.00 cancelation fee. This company should only be recomended to your worst enemies for use!!!
