I tend to have knee pain most of the time when I play basketball, and since I'm used to always having some pain, I tend to ignore sprains and such even when I shouldn't, I continue to play right after it happens (probably making it worse), and for the next couple of weeks I'm always sorry, limping around like I'm 80.

I'm dealing with this one right now, and it really sucks. It's just not getting any better. I can walk - and even jog - without too much pain. But every time I turn even a little bit, it hurts like crazy. Sometimes it almost gives out if I step wrong. It's been three weeks now without me playing ball, and it's killing me. I have three league teams that I'm letting down, and I'm not eating or sleeping as well without the exercise. I'm going to try and get an MRI this week - i hope it's just a sprain and not Armageddon (aka ACL). If it's an ACL I don't know what I'm going to do. If I can't exercise (which for me means playing ball), I am a nightmare to be around. Fair warning for those who cross me on RIA :)
