It all depends on how bad of a break. Chipped or entirely ripped off?

This one sounds ridiculous, but it's a real problem for me. As sometimes I'm forced to play in the paint, I often find myself playing against guys that are 230-260. And these guys almost always step on my foot. For me, it's always the big toe that gets crushed. I can't remember the last time I had two big toe nails at the same time. What happens is the toe gets crushed, the toenail dies, the toe gets swollen and sore, and then the toenail falls off. You won't get relief until the toenail falls off, and the only way to accelerate that process is to soak the toe for long periods of time.

Retardedly painful. I currently have blood blisters under a couple of my toe nails, which isn't exactly cool, but definitely a piece of cake compared to nails that are broken or missing all together.
