Californians should be ashamed to have this mental throwback as their Senator. Bab's problem is that she is reading her lines or trying to remember them, and she gets carried away and attempts to wing it by adding a little here and there. This is the result.

I'm sure Boxer would be happy to find out that communism is still alive in Cuba, although it is an anachronism. As a world movement, it's dead. Where should I send my condolences to the Senator from California?

Where to begin... First, if Communism is dead in Cuba, why are there still people taking boats made for 3 people, piling 30 people on it, and literally risking their lives to get away from Cuba. Tell the Cubans who have made it out that Communism is dead. Second, I'm sure the death of Communism is something Barbara Boxer would hate. The Berlin Wall coming down must have been a sad day at the Boxer home.
