Tempting to label him as a serious bust, but the hand of mercy must click a low amount of stars because (as other reviewers have noted) Carter's knees were in worse shape than Berlin after '45. . .

A Draft Bust cannot be a player who got hurt in his first carry in training camp and tore his knee up losing the speed and quickness that made Ki-Jana the Number one pick.
