After being drafted #1 overall Courtney had just 17 career sacks in 5 years for the Browns. A franchise should expect a lot more out of a player than that for a #1 overall. He wasn't a complete waste, but the Brown certainly set themselves back with this pick.

I was so sure he would be a decent pro- but injuries did play a role in Brown being a bust. . .but he is considered a minor bust because he can't blame it all on injuries. . .one of those draft choices that you were sure would pay immediate dividends. . .
