Terrible service, they claim they never received my DVDs. Can't cancel until they receive them, which I sent over a month ago, so I guess I'll have to pay the full price for them. No phone number to call, only very slow email responses. Very very slow shipping for DVDs (almost 2 weeks).

very slow shipping, many of the disc unplayble, and there is planty dvds missing in the mail

Select is not huge yet, but turn around time is great and customer service is really good. I've had no problems with damaged discs. I put in a request for a specific title, and they got it right away and put it in my queue for me.
