odd...how some people ignore this amendment yet think that abortion is in the contitution(San Francisco).. Anyway I love to go hunting and I believe that as long as the person who owns the gun is responsible(not psychotic) should be able keep it, go hunting with it, protect yourself with it.

Nothing wrong with owning a gun. Nothing wrong with responsible ownership. A citizenry should be armed. . .but I never understood why people (on both sides of the issue) make such a big deal out of this. Responsible gun-owners aren't the problem, but that doesn't mean that gun owners shouldn't ignore laws for the safety of others either. . .

An absolutely necessary right. But I wouldn't put it squarely 100% in the conservative portfolio.

I think any reasonable person (like, not a felon or mental patient) should have access to a gun, and so did the founding fathers.
