Sadly, the reverend proves again that capitalizing on race-baiting and riot incitement in America can be a lucrative calling. He is part of the reason 60% of blacks believe that the slowness of the response of the relief efforts after Hurricane Katrina was because white people generally don't care about poor blacks and conscioulsy dragged their feet, while over 90% of non-blacks think that's untrue. It's comical how the black mayor of New Orleans ducks the same backhand.

Yeah, this is actually a tough one. Sharpton is well known, and has at least been successful enough to be taken... seriously(?) as a presidential candidate. However, looking at Sharpton and thinking about what he has been successful at, I'm not really coming up with a lot. He's been successful at stirring things up and bringing attention to to them. Of course, as the years have gone by, he does less stirring and just jumps into what has already been stirred for his own benefit.
