Peter gets this rating because of his deceitfulness and giftness. He's so talented, and so sly, that everything that crosses his lips is spun. If Armstrong had lost the Tour, he would have reported in his soft, understanding voice, that there was 'another setback for President Bush', and then describe the race. Heck, he admits to growing up in an intensely anti-American household in Canada (does Canada have any other kinds?). He should 'grow a pair' and admit his bias.
