Seemed like a decent guy, but he completely joked in this episode where he got fired. He couldn't speak about the product to save his life, and showed that he wasn't as hard a worker as he could be.

Howie's gotten dinged up in the last few tasks, while the competition (Amanda, Ryan, Dawna, even Bethenny for god's sake) has gained significant ground or passed him up. I like this guy, and so does Martha. But his temper might eventually bite him in the ass.

Howie is a great candidate, but his temper may be a problem.
